Intro Call

A 30-minute video call with the hiring manager to discuss your background and the role.

Short Task

A brief take-home task relevant to the role — no more than 2 hours of your time.

Final Interview

A second video call with the team lead. We discuss your task and answer your questions.

Offer & Onboarding

Successful candidates receive an offer promptly and complete structured onboarding.
