About the internship

Support our growing People team with recruitment, onboarding and culture initiatives. Help us find and retain the best security talent.

What you will do day to day

Post and manage job listings across platforms
Screen applications and coordinate interviews
Support onboarding of new team members
Assist with internal culture and engagement projects
Maintain HR records and candidate databases

What we are looking for

Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
People-oriented with a genuine interest in talent and culture
Eligibility to work without restriction

Nice to have

Not required — but will help your application stand out.

Any prior HR, recruitment or admin experience
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
CIPD student membership
Experience with Google Workspace tools
