About the role
Develop and deliver engaging security awareness programmes for Octa1ne clients — from phishing simulation campaigns and role-based training modules to executive briefings and board-level security presentations.
What you will do
Design and manage phishing simulation campaigns using KnowBe4 or equivalent platforms
Develop role-based security awareness training modules tailored to each client sector
Deliver executive and board-level security briefings — adapting technical content for non-technical audiences
Produce monthly training completion and click-rate reports for client leadership teams
Develop GDPR, data handling and acceptable use policy training programmes
Maintain and update training content as the threat landscape evolves
What we are looking for
Experience delivering security awareness training in a corporate environment
Strong presentation and facilitation skills — both virtual and in-person
Hands-on experience with KnowBe4, Proofpoint SAT or similar platforms
Ability to translate complex security concepts into clear, engaging content
Strong written English — you will produce client-facing reports and training materials

CIPD or learning and development qualification
Experience creating eLearning content (Articulate, Rise)
Understanding of GDPR and UK data protection law
Prior experience in a cybersecurity or compliance environment
